All repair services are covered under a 90-day warranty, effective from the date of the original service. This warranty applies specifically to the repair work performed by our technicians.
If the same issue reoccurs, or a related issue arises due to the original repair within the warranty period, we will provide a re-repair service at no additional cost. Our objective is to resolve the issue completely and ensure your satisfaction.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, after providing a re-repair under the warranty period, the issue remains unresolved, you may be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility: Refund requests will only be considered if you have allowed us the opportunity to perform a re-repair under our 90-day warranty policy.
Refund Amount: Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund of up to 100% of the original service charge. The final refund amount may consider the cost of inspection, service visit, and technician effort.
